The warranty period is 1 year for refrigeration equipment and 1 year for catering equipment and milk dispensers. Liebherr industrial products are guaranteed for 5 years. The conditions can be found under Warranty menu.

Check that the outside temperature and humidity are as specified in the instructions for use. If these values are not correct, condensation may occur according to the laws of physics.

This may be the case with some models with side-wall cooling, in which case do not set the cooler completely level, but tilt it backwards as little as possible to allow water to drain out.

Check that the refrigerator door closes properly and that the magnetic profile rubber is not contaminated. This may be typical for some sidewall cooled models, it is a natural process, the system defrosts at certain intervals.

Do not use acid/alkaline cleaning products for cleaning as they may cause staining.

Things to know about the air-cooled machine: it cools itself with ambient air, so you can’t completely enclose the cooler, leaving room for ventilation. If the outside temperature is high, the ice-making capacity is reduced. The same applies if the condenser is not cleaned regularly. In addition, an increase in consumption must also be taken into account.

Information about the water-cooled machine: recommended for full installation. It cools itself with water, therefore increasing water consumption. Less sensitive to external temperature. It requires less maintenance than an air-cooled machine.
