Features of our environmentally conscious production:
- Reducing energy consumption: we continuously test the energy consumption of our products and strive to reduce their energy consumption as we develop them.
- Longer life: we develop our products with a long life in mind, using quality materials and components. When evaluating our suppliers, distance of transport and the focus on environmentally friendly solutions are important considerations.
- Reducing energy consumption: we are constantly improving our manufacturing process to develop quick and simple steps to reduce the energy consumption per product.
- Separate collection: when collecting packaging and manufacturing waste, we aim to find a recipient who will recycle and process it. To reduce the environmental impact, waste is collected separately.
- ISO certified operation: 2021. At the end of 2021, we have extended our quality management certification to include the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System. This ensures not only the high quality of our products and services, but also a high priority for the environment.

We develop at home, we produce at home
In order to maintain our leading position in the refrigeration market and to meet growing customer demand with consistently high quality and short delivery times, we are continuously developing and expanding our production capacity.
A series of phased investments will result in a 2200 m2 production hall and a 600 m2 warehouse and in 2021 a 720 m2 building was renovated into a factory hall and a new 1000 m2 and in 2022 we took possession of another 750 m2 representative hall in Tatabánya.
As well as expanding our buildings, we are constantly modernising our machinery to keep our production technology up to date. Over the past years, we have installed a number of machines, the most significant of which are: a new laser cutting machine with associated robotic material handling technology for machining stainless steel sheet; a new CNC lathe; a milling machine; a pipe machining line; an automatic filter production line; a new foaming machine for the thermal insulation of the cooling machine bodies; two charging vacuum machines, which deaerate the cooling machine system and then charge it with environmentally friendly cooling gas; a new vacuum forming machine; and five brand new machining machines for the new plate plant.
We were one of the first in Hungary to introduce the ISO quality assurance system, and since then we have been continuously renewing our certificate with a view to maintaining high quality. As a result, we will be able to renew our certification in 2021. At the end of the year 2021, we had our ISO 9001 Quality Management System audited, and we also introduced an Environmental Management System based on the ISO 14001 standard. The two systems work in an integrated way, ensuring our efficiency, guaranteeing the quality of our products and services and prioritising environmental aspects.
We complete our production with in-house development, our products are developed by our own team of engineers and tested in our own test laboratory at our production site. Thanks to our team of experts, we can also take into account the specific requests of our large-scale customers and develop and manufacture customised products tailored to their needs.

Our main types of products manufactured in-house:
- Beverage coolers (beer tappers and soda machines): our company’s strength is the production of beer coolers of various types and sizes for cooling draught beers from breweries, which, together with the beer towers of the Czech member of the group – and, if required, with our KEG coolers – guarantee quality beer tapping in most of the catering units in Hungary. Our range of beverage cooling and dispensing is completed by our soda production equipment and soft drink dispensers.
- Refrigerated display cabinets, refrigerators, wine coolers, backbar and KEG barrels: we manufacture a wide range of commercial refrigeration equipment with glass doors and doors from 35 litres up to 600 litres, in a wide range of designs and colours for all segments of the HoReCa sector. We also produce KEG, backbar and wine coolers in various sizes for professional beverage storage and service.
- Chamber: thanks to custom-made production, our refrigerated and freezer chambers satisfy a wide range of customer needs. Our glass door walk-in, glass door narrow and full door walk-in chambers can be tailored to the retail unit’s image, with a customised number of doors and shelves to meet specific requirements.
- Medical refrigerators: our medical equipment, blood and reagent refrigerators, meet the most stringent standards and allow digital and manual recording, data management and archiving of the current temperature of the refrigerators.
It is important to us that the products we make are easily identifiable and recognisable to everyone. Therefore, the names of our own products always begin with TC.
