SIGMA Conical T1 conical dough former is especially recommended for rounding pastry dough. The dough rolls through an aluminum, non-stick channel. You can find the dispenser added at the outlet in the high level adjustable position. T1 conical dough former can round pieces between 100/150 g and 2000 g. Equipped with a wheel. Upon request, the machines can be equipped with cold and hot air blowing channels with adjustable thermostat, exit conveyor belt and machine stainless steel coating.
