The Thermotechnika-Crown Cool Ltd. distributes only industrial/commercial equipment and devices, for which the mandatory warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase. The warranty period starts on the date of the invoice. For equipment that must be commissioned, the warranty period starts on the date of commissioning, but not more than 6 months from the date of purchase. The warranty is valid only on presentation of the invoice – and in the case of products subject to commissioning, the commissioning report in addition to the invoice – and not on presentation of the warranty booklet.

The Thermotechnika-Crown Cool Ltd. The warranty, repair and use conditions of the products sold by Thermotechnology Cooling Ltd. are described in detail in the warranty leaflet and instructions for use available online at www.tchungary.com. If the device is covered by a warranty of more than 1 year due to a special promotion or manufacturer’s discount, we will notify you separately. For Liebherr products, the warranty will be automatically extended to 5 years (60 months) from 2021, without registration.

The return of a product not under warranty is possible only in the original packaging, on the basis of an individual agreement and an individual assessment, given that Thermotechnika-Crown Cool Kft. are not consumer goods. The ownership of the goods is transferred to the buyer upon full payment of the purchase price, until then the buyer cannot sell the goods and is responsible for the complete integrity of the equipment. In the case of quantitative and qualitative legitimate excuse, we fulfill our warranty obligations in accordance with legal regulations. To report a fault, please enter the factory number of the faulty product and contact our customer service.

In the event of a dispute, only the Hungarian court may act.
